Diamond quality is measured by four characteristics — Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat weight. Together they determine a diamond’s beauty, rarity, and value.
The most important C. Cut refers to how well a diamond’s facets interact with light — its proportions, symmetry, and polish. An Excellent or Ideal cut releases maximum brilliance and fire; a poor cut looks dull even at high color and clarity.
Graded D (colorless) to Z (light yellow). The less color, the rarer the diamond. D–F are colorless; G–J are near-colorless and offer outstanding value, appearing white to the eye — especially once set.
Measures tiny natural marks (inclusions). Grades run from Flawless (FL) to Included (I). VS1–VS2 and SI1 stones are typically “eye-clean” — no inclusions visible without magnification — for a fraction of a flawless price.
A diamond’s weight, not its size — one carat equals 0.20 grams. Price rises sharply at half- and whole-carat marks, so choosing just under (e.g. 0.90ct) can offer great value with virtually no visible difference.
Certificate & Care. Every diamond we sell arrives with an independent grading report (GIA or IGI) documenting its exact 4 Cs. Clean gently with warm soapy water and a soft brush, and have settings checked yearly to keep stones secure.
A diamond’s shape is the first thing you notice — and a reflection of personal style. Explore the most popular shapes, then browse our loose diamonds in each.
The setting holds your diamond and defines the ring’s character — from timeless simplicity to maximum sparkle.
A single diamond on a clean band — the classic, enduring choice that puts the stone center stage.
A ring of pavé diamonds encircles the center stone, adding sparkle and making the center look larger.
Three diamonds symbolizing past, present, and future — a meaningful, substantial look.
Tiny diamonds set closely along the band for a continuous line of brilliance.
Diamonds set flush between two metal walls — secure, sleek, and snag-free.
A rim of metal wraps the diamond fully or partially — modern, protective, and ideal for active hands.
Your choice of metal shapes the look, durability, and price of your piece. Gold is offered in 14K (more durable, better value) and 18K (richer color, higher purity).
The most precious jewelry metal — naturally white, exceptionally durable, and hypoallergenic. Its density gives a reassuring weight and holds diamonds securely for a lifetime.
Gold alloyed with white metals and finished with rhodium for a bright, cool-white shine. A popular, more affordable alternative to platinum.
The timeless, warm classic. Its rich color never needs re-plating and beautifully complements warmer skin tones and vintage designs.
Gold blended with copper for a romantic pink hue. Durable, distinctive, and flattering on every skin tone.
Three easy ways to get it right — or call us and we’ll walk you through it.
Wrap a strip of paper snugly around the base of your finger and mark where it overlaps.
Measure the length to the mark in millimeters — that’s your finger’s circumference. Compare it to a ring-size chart.
Measure at the end of the day, and size up slightly for wide bands. Request our complimentary ring sizer to confirm.
Luster is the soul of a pearl — the deep, mirror-like glow that separates a fine pearl from an ordinary one. Here are the four cultured types we curate.
The classic saltwater pearl — perfectly round with a sharp, mirror-like luster. The traditional white pearl of a strand necklace.
Cultured in freshwater mussels in a range of shapes and soft pastel tones — versatile and exceptional value.
Naturally dark "black" pearls in peacock, silver, and green overtones — exotic and dramatic.
The largest and rarest cultured pearls, in white or golden hues with a deep satiny glow — the pinnacle of luxury.
Pearl care. Pearls are organic and delicate — put them on last, after perfume and hairspray, and wipe with a soft cloth after wearing. Store flat, away from other jewelry, and never in an airtight bag.
Cut. A well-cut diamond returns the most light and sparkle — it can make a stone appear whiter and more brilliant than its color and clarity grades alone would suggest. We recommend prioritizing Cut, then choosing the Color, Clarity, and Carat balance that fits your budget.
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds — they are graded on the same 4 Cs and come with independent certificates. They typically cost less per carat, letting you choose a larger or higher-quality stone for the same budget.
Wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters to find your circumference — or order our complimentary ring sizer. Measure at the end of the day when fingers are largest, and size up slightly for wider bands.
A certificate (or grading report) from an independent laboratory such as GIA or IGI documents a diamond’s exact 4 Cs and measurements. Every diamond we sell is accompanied by its report, so you know precisely what you are buying.
Soak in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap, brush gently with a soft toothbrush, and rinse. Store pieces separately to avoid scratches, and have prongs and settings checked by a jeweler once a year. Remove jewelry before swimming, cleaning, or applying lotions.
Every purchase includes complimentary insured shipping, a 30-day return window, and a lifetime manufacturing warranty. Our experts are available toll-free at 1-800-847-3275 to help before and after your purchase.
